  • Over the week, 29 homeless dogs and several crows were found dead in Tanjung Bungah.
  • The animals were suspected to have been poisoned.
  • 1 pet dog also died in the same area.
  • Vet suspects poisoning, but no evidence found.
  • DVS requested rescuer for all the dogs to be brought to their lab, 30km from the scene of the crime.
  • Rescuers share that it is not possible.
  • Penang City Council (MBPP) stepped in and found no evidence of poison.

  • Children took images of the incident.
  • Children "buat kecoh" to scare off the man.
  • Man packed the chopped limbs in a paper bag, and walked away.
  • Dog's body nowhere to be found the following day.
